Q. What resources are available to support me with WebEx web conferencing?

 1. How do I set up a WebEx meeting? 
Go to the CCSU WebEx web site at https://ccsu.webex.com/ and log in with your CCSU WebEx account 

 2. How do I log in?
Click the sign in button. Your username is your email without the ccsu.edu and your password is a password you selected when you signed up. If you don’t have an account, click sign up.

 3. How do I start a meeting I have already scheduled?
Log into WebEx and go to Scheduled Meetings. Click Start Meeting on the meeting day and time. Students cannot connect to the meeting until you start it.

 4. What if my audio is not working?

Click on the Audio tab at the top of the screen and select Audio Connections. Click on change settings to test your microphone and speakers. Or select a different audio option here.
