Q. I can't log in with my bluenet ID. What's going on?

Answer

Make sure you have a valid Bluenet ID and that the password hasn't expired (it expires every 90 days).
To check your CCSU Bluenet and library account, visit IT's Account Management Site where you will be able to:

  • manage your account
  • activate and/or retrieve your Bluenet ID
  • reset your password

If your Bluenet ID and password are correct and you are unable to sign in to CentralSearch or you are a guest library user, contact the Library's Circulation department at: 860-832-3410
